How to use the Let's Chakra Kit

Updated: Dec 17, 2025

How to Use the Chakra Chart & Kit

From bottom to top, the chart mirrors the body. Red begins at the feet, and light purple reaches the top of the head.

Start by reading the entire chart once, beginning at the bottom left-hand corner and reading to the right.

When you complete the chart, begin by noticing where you feel pain, tension, or where something isn’t working in the body, mind, or spirit. Find that area on the chart and begin with the color connected to that part. Read across that color from left to right.

Example (Legs – Red / Root Chakra)

Focus & Access

“When I take a step forward out of fear and anxiety, I create space to stand tall and feel comfortable in myself.”

Reflection & Writing

Write one or all of these words down.

As you write, notice:

Where in your life do you feel uncomfortable?

What fear is present?

Where do you play small to fit in, be accepted, or feel safe?

(If there is a real issue of safety or abuse, please contact local authorities or a trusted professional.)

Inquiry (What might I be learning or processing?)

Read through all the statements in that color.

I noticed how I cope when my body and mind are in survival mode, also known as fear. I noticed extreme tightness and heaviness in my calves and heels. I coped by making myself wrong and withdrawing into myself.

Choose one to three statements that:

Bring tears to your eyes

Create a tight or heavy feeling in your body

Catch your breath

Write about each one.

Write until you feel complete.

If not much comes out, pause, feel it, and write more.

Example

I was afraid to put this kit and my writing into the world.

I was afraid to move forward.

Being seen and possibly judged scared me.

Sharing my thoughts and expertise felt vulnerable.

Being visible has always been uncomfortable for me.

Self-Coaching

Ask yourself (choose one):

What goal am I working toward?

What step can I take next?

Other choices:

How do I nourish and take care of myself?

Who or what am I angry with? Write it all down in detail. Rip, shred, or burn it. Repeat the process the following week to see if anything remains.

For me, my goal was finishing the kit, finishing my website, and writing a blog every two weeks—believing I had something worthwhile to share.

It was full steam ahead until the blog. Then fear sometimes stopped me, especially when the writing felt personal.

I had to explore the fear and realize it was only in my mind.

There was no lion waiting to pounce.

My next step was to put thoughts for the next blog on paper, sit with them, and begin writing within ten days.

Integration Practices

Support the process with grounding.

I placed my bare feet on the earth and guided myself through a grounding meditation.

(You can find many grounding or safety meditations online.)

Create/Committing And Declaring

I am now safe to play!

Integrating with Others

I shared my fears with two of my sisters about being seen, judged, and whether I was truly in danger.

Through conversation, I realized I was safe.

It is okay to be known.

I am a worthy and beautiful soul.

Holistic Health Support

I attended a Yoga Nidra and sound healing class to ground and uplift myself.

I applied the “I Play” oil to the bottoms of my feet and my wrists—because when we feel safe, we can play. I breathed the scent in slowly and deeply. A Swedish massage would also be supportive in this instance.

We get sick and there are diseases that we experience. We can go through the work to see if we can make a difference with these. Don’t make yourself wrong.

A Gentle Reminder

This process may take hours, days, or even a month.

You may touch the surface first, then return again and again for deeper layers.

Take your time.

Honor yourself.

Have grace.

It may feel uncomfortable and that’s okay.

You can do hard things.

In joy,

Bobbie
